You have secured a border score, through which the exact branch that you are likely to get cannot be expected. So, keep this as an option in one hand and start looking and applying for the other college also. As it os not very sure that you will be able to get into bits campuses with your score.

with 250 marks in BITS it's difficult to get any college according to the last year cut off
one should score more than 300 to get into any college if you are a general category
although with this score you can get B. Pharma at Pilani Campus, M Sc Chemistry and Biological Science at Goa Campus and B. Pharma Msc Chemistry and Biological Sciences at Hyderabad campus then also you can hope for the good
