Well every year it is different due to difference in number of candidates appearing for exam and number of seats, etc. However giving you an idea scoring 600 would be a safer move. Upto 600 score can get you a rank below 5000.
UR category refers to the unreserved or general category in neet, who don't get any kind of reservation under neet and are required to score High marks in order to get top colleges through neet.
Well Reddy's are considered in OBC category, but it can vary from state to state. For example :- Reddy from Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Odisha, Chattisghar, they all belong to General Category whereas Reddys of Karnataka belong to OBC category.
