Hello, I by mistake filled No in EWS column while filling NEET PG form. But I belong to EWS. Would I get chance during all india counselling to change my EWS status to Yes? And I want to ask that can I get DNB ortho, obs gynaec, or general surgery on 38k rank? My preference is Obs Gynaec

No you will not be allowed to change your category. If you have filled wrong you have to go with the same and there is no chance to change category during counseling.
