Hello, I have given my neet 2019 and got 420 marks I am confused about doing neet along with Bsc in DU, I don't want to drop Pleasesuggest

I understand your problem,
You don't want to waste your year.
So i suggest you to take admission in bsc in delhi university as the fees of bsc. In delhi university ka around 15k to 22k per annum.
Minimum you need 40% attendance for getting admit card from the college but if you do not have this much of attendance then you give medical.
And you will prepare for neet from home and if you not clear the bsc 1st and 2nd semester then you will give the exams along with 3rd and 4 rth semester respectively.

Thank youAlso I would like to ask As this score I got without coaching and total self study If I were to drop a year then I would like to ask if I join any coaching or keep up with my self studies

I think you should go with self study and when you have in something.. You make it clear by asking it with your friends or my using apps which teach neet. By using you get sufficient time for self study. My brother get 660 this year by self study.
