hello mam/sir i participated in TAMIL nadu pg medical counselling in government quota alone i didnt registered for management quota in first round i didnt get allotment so can i able to register in management wuota in second round of tamilnadu pg counselling?

Yes, you can participate in the 2nd counseling of Pg. Counseling are conducted twice/ thrice only for the students who didn't got a seat alloted. So, as you are saying it's a management quota, then make sure you have Seats Futher to apply, because management seats get filled faster then normal seats. So, if Seats are available you can participate even in future counselings
