Airports Authority of India (AAI) recruits the Air Traffic Controllers in India for Civil Aviation Traffic Control & Management.They usually publish an advertisement for recruitment, the eligibility for becoming a ATC is that you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized university. or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline with atleast 60% marks in them.
After this the selection is done in 3 stages -
1. Written test
2. Voice test
3. Medical test
After you clear these tests successfully you will be sent for training to become an Air Traffic Controller ,there are total three training institutes at Allahabad, Gondia and Hyderabad where AAI will impart ab-initio training of Aerodrome Control Tower and Approach Control.
