Hey, i got 16k in obc ncl for jee main 2019 and 66k in crl is there any chance in home state quota nit calicut in final rounds councelling.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck with your home quota. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch.
