Yes, there is fee waiver for general too , the scheme is as follow-

If your parental/family income is less than 1 lakh per year than your tution fee that is 62500 will be refunded.per semester And

Scheme2-if your parental/family income lies between 1 lakh and 5 lakh than your 2/3 tution fee will be refunded, that is 40666 rs per semester
