The last week is absolutely as important as the your last 2 or 3 years have been for the JEE preparation .
I don’t mean to say that both are equivalent the preparation during the last years counts much more than the last week but still if you can follow some simple logical things then you can very easily increase up your score by 20 – 30 marks or what I should rather say is that you will be able to perform to your optimum.
There are a few broad point to kept in mind
DON’T STUDY ANY NEW STUFF:
This point is much easy to say and much difficult to follow.the more you read in the last time the more nervousness and negative feelings you gather . during this it is very imp not to study anything .believe me I am currently studying in IIT DELHI I have friend who have AIR under 100 and they also had to left some topics jus before the exam but the point is WHERE THEY OVERTOOK OTHERS IS ACCURACY .
If you see previous year JEE papers you will realize that one can easily score above 250 {if you have studied nicely in the past 2 years or event the last few months} the point is to do what you have learnt in the exam .remember
THE MORE YOU PREPARE THE MORE PRESSURE YOU FEEL
It is true but that why I am writing this article to help you out
PREPARE AS IF APRIL 1 AND 2 ARE ALSO EXAM:
One of the mistakes most of us does is that we don’t shift our working hours or biological cycle according to the exam time.
Most aspirants generally study till late in the night but remember that exam is held in the morning .so to adjust your MIND SO THAT BRAIN CAN GIVE MAXIMUM OUTPUT AT THE EXAM TIME:
Wake up early in the morning as if you have an exam that day have breakfast early and then start doing a previous year paper as if it is the JEE paper{yes you have to feel as of it is the original JEE paper.}
It is important to give this paper in a time bound manner so that you can adjust you speed according to the exam {generally coaching exams are much tougher than the original JEE paper.}this will get over by 12 after that have a break .have nice , light lunch . after that analyse the same paper that you have given that morning find out the mistakes , revise that part that you seem to have forgotten and figure out what will be the best strategy to do the exam like from where you will be starting the exam, till what time you will complete your 1 subject ,whether you will fill the OMR simultaneously or at the end and many other things you would know them better.
RELAXX:
Now this is the most important thing .believe if you are able to get this thing right you are goanna score more than what you are scoring in previous year papers{ I myself experienced this hike in numbers because I overpowered my emotions at that time }
See just keep in mind:
WHATEVER YOU COULD HAVE DONE HAS BEEN DONE NOW IT IS THE ACTION TIME
You have to go in a numb state in this final week .this basically means become a monk .keep yourself separated from that pados k Sharma j and unka topper ladka .feel proud on yourself on the hard work you have done in the past years just for this exam.
I strongly recommend to turn your FB whatsaap hike twitter etc off don’t to anyone especially coaching friend sand any other friends{basically all those who are the source of fear and negative thoughts} just talk to your parents and siblings and ask them not to talk of exam and to keep you positive .have confidence .
In short all you have to build up is REAL CONCRETE CONFIDENCE ON YOU no matter what happens ,whatever you will be cracking the exam like anything on the day .repeat this to you every moment until you feel enough positive energy don’t do any activity that brings negative thoughts in your mind.
Logic behind all this is simple what ruins your exam is negative thoughts and the various distraction that come to your mind when you are giving the exam so if you eliminate these in the last week and fill yourself with positiveness you will surely excel .
WHAT CAN YOU STUDY:
Instead of studying anything new you should go and revise previously covered topics and the papers you have attempted in the last few days
IF YOU ARE ABLE TO BOOST YOUR MORAL TO THAT LEVEL THAT NO MATTER YOU GET A 70 OR A 300 IN MAINS YOU WILL BE EQUALLy HAPPY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO GIVE YOUR 100%
Let me tell you will literally f$#k the paper I guarantee you a above 200 marks in mains but to reach this you need real mental stability ability to control your emotions in the wildest times
THIS MIGHT HAPPEN BE PREPARED:
On the 3 april paper suppose if you are not able to answer first 5 or 6 ques just DON’T PANIC have water take 3 long breaths and start the next question with a fresh mind
Now this was easy to be written but the toughest one to be done.
So guys be a monk for this week have control on your emotions you will surely perform brilliantly in the exam this is the final thing that needs to be done
BEST OF LUCK!!!

Now, coming to the question, since you have already prepared for the examination, I would suggest you to calmly take an overview of the important topics of all the 3 subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. This would give you enough confidence for the examination, hence busting your nervousness. Nervousness is all because of your fear to forget the topics in exam. And therefore the above stated solution will help you regain that confidence.
-cheers :)

Try to be calm these days.
Revise all the concepts and formulas quickly.
First attempt chemistry as it is relatively easy.
Never forget to glance over the important topics that have occurred many times in previous papers.
