Dear Mukund, there are few courses that you can pursue that complement your work experience. Depending on the designation you are in, you can opt for either Executive or Professional courses. These also depend on the highest qualification you have. So can you please help us with your highest qualification and your current designation?

I will be honest with you. What you put up as an academic qualification is slightly different from what you are working in. Having said that, I did my Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, Master's in Psychology and right now am pursuing my Course in Sports Psychology. But the work experience was in IT Industry so I get it. Neverthless, that is a commendable career I must say. Now there are few Institutions that do not have upper age limit. Now if you have been in a MNC for the past 12 years, you should have been in a Leadership role. And now your next course should depend on what you continue doing in the near future. If research and training is your forte, then you should try your hand at Clinical Research, Microbiology or Psychology. But these will not complement your work experience. These will only complement your educational qualification. But if you already have a plan in mind and share it with us, we shall help you to check the best colleges and age limit if any. Most research based courses do not have any upper age limit. You can appear for UGC NET in your desired subject and try the opportunities of Assistant Professor which is a teaching job but with your experience in Health Care and interest in Research, it can help you.
