Hii..As per the last year Cutoff In NIT nagaland..
The Closing Rank for NIT nagaland Civil engg for ST candidate is 15127 & You are at border so Dnt loose Hope..The cutoff can be go on either side.

Hey
According to previous year cutoff last rank in home state was 15127, this year it could increase as well or decrease so you have low chances of getting even civil engineering there. You'll have to wait till they announce this years cutoff
