My son currently completed his 10th abroad and is interested to do medicine in India, and is currently doing his 11th in India, the eligibility criteria says 10+2 should be completed for the entrance exam, will my son be eligible under resident quota or non-resident quota.

Hello,

This depends on whether he has indian citizenship or not.If he has Indian citizenship then he will be eligible under resident quota otherwise he will have to enroll under non-resident quota.

Even if he is OCI certificate holder,he is going to be a non resident quota .
