Well i see that you have got 142208 rank in obc-crl and 410701 rank in general category , and you want to join govt. colleges in bhubaneshwar, well i think the rank which you are having in obc category will make you placed in the college, i think thhere is possibility that you will get good college in bhubaneshwar.
