Hiii, my rank in CET 125 BBA is 14717 but my board marks is 45 percent but I m OBC also.....can I eligible for admission??

The eligibility criteria read that students need to score at least 50% marks with English in class 12th in order to apply. There might be a relaxation of 5% for SC, ST and OBC candidates.
