It's not a magic for Bihar board students or students domiciled in Bihar are not able to get admission in Delhi Univerisity, however the only judgement criteria being you will have to appear for Delhi Univeristy entrance exam and if the percentile reaches the zenith, it's very possible that you get an admission in Delhi Univeristy.
