How can I register a complaint on Jansunwai UP for not allotting me any college although my rank lies on the cutoff. plz tell me complete information.

You can give complaint at the link http://jansunwai.up.nic.in/onlineComplaint.html by entering your mobile number, email ID and Captcha. You can also track your complaint status at the link http://jansunwai.up.nic.in/ComplaintTracker.html .
But sometimes, students might face this problem. You can try contacting the number given on the official website of the counselling or directly contact the counselling help centre. It might also be any server problems.
So, kindly try to contact the official in the counselling. If it didn't go well, you can register a complaint on Jansunwai UP.
