How is mechanical engineering at nit dgp in comparison to other branches present there?

Mechanical Engineering from NIT Durgapur is a good option to go for. The infrastructure and facilities like labs and machines for the students is pretty good. Placements are also good. Faculty is satisfactory. Usually, students are happy with the course and college. Considering better branches, your interest matters supreme here. If you like Mechanical, go for it. CSE is however the most desired branch in most engineering colleges due to maximum scope.

The CSE of any college is best branch at present. And even IT is better than mechanical at their. But mechanical is also good branch there. Durgapur has lots of industries. Being mechanical engineer you will get job more easily there.
