Rural management is the most upcoming and enterprising branch these days. It is a two year course and XISS is doing its best to give the students the academic facilities too.You can check from the college website and have a comparitive study of the same from the courses offered from equally universities of Xavier's, LPU also offering a wide platform and exposure neede for students.

XISS ranchi is a renowed Institute for management studies. There are two management courses at xiss ranchi which are considered very good in terms of placement and education.
