However the fee of B.tech would be INR 98000 per semester without any scholarship. But this is fact that very few students are there who are not studying on the scholarship. which means that maximum students are studying on scholarship, only those are left who could not be able to grab even a single opportunity to avail the scholarship.

LPU has slightly strict eligibility criteria to take admission in B.tech. MInimum requirement is that candidate must have aggregate 60% in 12th and from 70% aggregate onward student can avail the scholarship.

Logic is, the student who has percentage from 60% to 70% is not liable to get any scholarship on the basis of percentage. still he has an opportunity to get scholarship on the basis of 10th class percentage or he/she can avail from another option ie performance in LPUNEST. Thus, there are numerous means to avail the scholarship. If the candidate is capable and competitive enough to perform well then he can surely get scholarship. Which results in the reduction of fee.
