Hey,
It largely depends on your Boards Percentage as well as Mains Score.
My friend got 265 marks in Mains and 95.6% in Boards and was eligible for DTU, Delhi.
Please focus on your boards as well to get a good rank in JEE Mains, as Boards become important a factor in that.
It is difficult to say what minimum score is required, but 280 should suffice I think.
