Admission to DTU happens through JAC Delhi counselling. Based on your score/All India Ranks in JEE Main 2019, you have to apply for JAC Delhi 2019 counselling, which is separate from JoSAA counselling 2019
And the cutoff of DTU is different for different categories of candidates and as per the different branches of B.Tech. So you have to check the cutoff and know the closing rank required for admission to the branch you need as per your category.
