U Know how many Seats available? Then it is easy to find you will get seat or not. And GATE qualified students are given first priority in seat allotment and then to TS PGECET candidates.
So you have to get minimum of rank 20.

I got 267 Rank in TS PGECET Mechanical, category ST.
