Gopal, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, AIIMS is one of the top most Colleges in India that we have. You should score atleast a rank under 1500 for a seat in AIIMS. This is because there are 1500 MBBS seats that AIIMS has to contribute. A rank under 1500 means atleast 650 and above. This might again depend on your Category but nothing less than 650 is an ideal score for a seat in AIIMS.

Under 350-400 because top students will take aiims delhi , maulana azad & aiims bhopal .
