Hi kirti if you want to cancel your seat in UPSEE 2019 then you should go with the withdraw option of the counselling where they will cut the counseling fees and will return the remaining amount to you. The counselling fee which is cut is generally 2000 rupees per round .I hope this answer was helpful to you .thank you

If you have been alloted any seats in the rounds of UPSEE Counselling and still are participating in the counselling, you can simply choose to withdraw your seat from the procedure which will cancel your seat. Otherwise if you have taken admission by reporting to the institute, then you need to follow the guidelines of that particular college to cancel your enrollment.

A candidate who is alloted a seat, must choose freeze or float or freeze with upgrade or freeze without upgrade options, in order to accept and confirm. If no such option is given by the candidate the seat will automatically be treated as withdrawn and the seat will be left unfilled
