It would be better if you could share what is your preparation status as of now. Also, below I am providing few general tips which you can follow as these would be helping you to clear KCET with decent score -
1. Know the syllabus very well as this is the first step and you will have to understand what you are up against and this information you need before you plan and then begin the actual preparation.
2. Read standard books only as there are many books available in the market so it is advisable to use the books which make all your concepts clear and which are easy to understand.
3. Understand the weightage of topics properly and accordingly devote time because I wont suggest you to give more time to those topics which has less weightage but those topics should not be ignored.
4. Proper Revision plan should be followed as this would be helping you alot.
5. Mock Tests and Practice Tests should be done as this will help you to learn time management skills and this will also make you familiar with the exam pattern. Also, to make the best use of mock tests, better to check test analysis report properly as this will show where all you are still lacking or where all you have to work really hard.

Hi
You can prepare for KCET 2018 by having a focused mind, determined approach and single-minded intention to clear the exam with a good score at the very first attempt.
Along with these, you need to schedule your studies basing on your present knowledge of your syllabus. First prepare and revise the ones you know and keep it aside, then move to the fresh ones
which you are clueless about. After completing a chapter or group of chapters, look for questions related to it in previous year's question papers and practice them. Do this for your complete syllabus and once your syllabus is complete, practice the question papers in one go, setting time limits.
This will help you analyse your performance status giving you the real picture. This will also give you time to work on flaws and remove them till you appear in the exam.
I would also recommend you to stay calm, healthy and stress free during the process. That helps!
