Doing graduation/schooling from OPEN is not a problem as you can apply for CAT entrance and you are eligible for it.
But at present, as per your query, you are in your 2nd year of graduation, so you are not eligible.
As per the CAT eligibility criteria, one must have 50% in graduation if from general category and 45% for reserved categories.
Also you should be in your final year or you must have completed graduation with the above percentage criteria mentioned.
