For dual degree Electrical students at IIT Bhubaneswar, most PSUs accept candidates with integrated degrees if the qualification is equivalent to a Btech+MTech in the relevant field.
However, a few PSUs like IOCL, ONGC, and HPCL may not allow dual degree students if the course doesn’t clearly mention separate Btech qualification or duration.
It’s best to check the eligibility clause in each PSU’s official notification — many now accept integrated or dual degrees as long as they meet AICTE/UGC norms and have valid GATE scores.
