The Eligibility Criteria for Biotechnology branch in GGSIPU is :
- Aggregate of minimum 55% in 10+2 or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology and should have passed English.
- Should have to appear IPU CET entrance exam
Admission will be on the basis of IPU CET merit list. For appearing for the IPU CET the candidate has to appear for JEE Main.
So, you are not eligible for Biotechnology without appearing for JEE main.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University offers number of courses. The eligibility for which are different.
Those candidate who want to take admission in B.Tech Biotechnology program can take admission without jee mains.
But they have to appear the in the CET conducted by the GGSIPU The admissions would be based on the merit / rank in the CET.
