Hello sir, I am Abdullah khan from Bihar my 12th study is completed in 2019 from (bseb) I want to take admission in Anna University in CSE.

Hello Abdullah

If your percentile is 68.25 in JEE mains then i am sorry but you can't get any IIT's or even the NIT's. So, if you consider my advise then you can join any private Universities if you want or else you can drop one more year for the preparation.
