That entirely depends on your interest. Like if you really want to go for NEET and seriously want to clear that then take a drop and put your entire focus on it. It won't be better to both of them (NEET and Msc) together. If you are not much interested in clearing NEET but applying for it just by chance then please don't do that and go for Msc.
Prepare for NEET only if you are highly interested and dedicated in it because it requires lots of effort.
