I am doing Cse in MAKAUT.If I give WBJEE again in 2020 and get JU Cse.and leave this college and go to JU.Will I get scholarship again ?

If you get a JU then it will good option to leave this college in join JU .. you didn't mention here about which scholarship you talk about terms ...
If you talk about scholarship by national or state government so I think you can again try that by filling application for that...
But if we talk about another scholarship then mention here..
