I am from Andhra Pradesh. I want to complete my UG in Anna University. Am I eligible for that and if how many seats are allotted for non TN students

Yes, you can. Certain Seats are allotted in Anna Univ for Other States. Seats are divided as per the caste Reservation.
Like if you consider the University department of Anna Univ., Chennai then 15 seats are allotted for General and 6 to 7 Seats are allotted for SC/ST.
In MIT, 10 for General and 2 for SC/ST.
