315 is very low score to get government college in Delhi State.. Delhi cuttoff is on higher side each year, so simply you no chance..

The medical colleges under IPU are one of the top colleges of India. Unfortunately, 315 marks is not enough for it. You cannot get admission in IPU with this score.
