I am outside OBC -NCL candidate in wbjee scoring about 80-90,in result my OBC rank will given or not?And can I get JU in any branch?

Yes, you'll get a separate category rank in your rank card (result).
From OBC category you've to score a minimum of more than 80 to 90 marks in WBJEE. For getting chance in JU you have to score minimum more than this, then you can get a chance for admission in Jadavpur University. But it varies every year because it depends on the total students appearing in WBJEE.
So wait for your final rank and hope for the best!
