Hi Sanjib,

As per your mentioned rank in jee mains 2019 you may have probable chance to get ECE in DTU. Last year closing rank n first round for outside delhi candidate for ECE under SC category is 25067 respectively. Every year cutoff varies by few marks so you may get admission in ECE at DTU. If you attend all round till last then you will get admission . You can check details of cutoff for ECE at DTU from following linc :
