I came out of the site during anna university counselling by mistake. Please notify what to do in order to get back to counselling again.

Hi Kalki,
I assume that you are saying that you walked out of the counselling, during your turn. If that is the case, then sorry. A candidate who misses the opportunity to attend the counselling in the alloted time cannot reapply in any way. You can try for private universities.
