i got 328 gate score in civil engineering .can i get structual engineering in dtu . belongs to schedule caste . please provide me 2017 cutof

No after Gate you have to fill forms for individual PSUs. They will shortlist you on basis of your gate score and rank.
Further they will call you for interviews and / or aptitude exam , some PSUs even conduct GD or GT.
Based on your performance in all these tests you can get selected in any PSU
