    Hey Jeelani Basha,

    You cannot attend the TS Eamcet counselling when ever you want. Because the counselling is run in a process. You need to attend for the certificate verification on the prescribed date based on the rank you have secured. Anyways of you have not yet attended the counselling then i recommend you to contact TS Eamcet help line centre as they could help you. You can check the entire list of help line centres here:
