I failed to upload obc certificate on cat registration but i will fill fms form as obc candidate so are they considered me as an obc candidate? please reply.

Dear Vikash, your application to FMS, is different and you need to upload OBC Certificate to the CAT application separately. If you have missed on uploading the OBC certificate to your application, please write to the helpdesk or raise a Candidate Query available on the official website and ask them as what needs to be done. They will help you further.
