I gave jee paper 2 exam on 6th Jan 2020 and I also evaluated my score and rank I would get 250+ mks and a rank between 2500 to 3700, will I be able to get into NIT nagpur on this score and rank, I am in general category

You also have sincere branch options from top NITs which are far better than NIT Nagpur. You haven't mentioned your branch preference, but the cut-off for CSE in NIT Nagpur is 5927 (year 2019 data).
