Congratulations for getting admission in BIT sindri. Yes you can apply for round 2 for getting much better brach there. The second counselling was today itself and some seats were also cancelled and the students were told to report immediately. You must check and 18th August was the date for hostel allotment so today was the day you needed to report. There was a sudden notice that you the induction programme would be scheduled from 26th so you have time to think about it. You can withdraw and go for spot round.
But, you don't have guarantee that you will secure a seat in Jadhavpur.
