There is no standard cut off for any courses. It differs yearly based on current years marks. CSE is one of the most demanded branch in Sastra University. You should score atleast 95% in your 10+2 or more than 75 in jee mains so that your chances of getting CSE is higher. In your case, have scored more than 100 in JEE Mains. You will get a seat in Sastra University and any branch of your choice.
