I got 12181 rank in ap eamcet (bipc) . I belong to bc-a category. Is there any chance of getting seat in agriculture or veterinary?

I think you are saying your category rank only. Then you have some few chances of getting a vertinary or a agriculture BSc seat. My suggestion is that you go through the preference of colleges very carefully and talking about the date of counselling, I think it will held in 2weeks and date is not yet released till now.
