I got 1534 overall rank (BC rank 923) can i get seat in psg/anna university for BE mech?

According to your tnea and Community(BC) rank it is difficult for you to get placed in Anna university and PSG for Mechanical engineering because the closing rank in anna university and psg college is around 700-750 but you have chance in MIT campus because in MIT the closing rank is around 1000.
