I got 16386 rank in TS EAMCET but I am AP resident does JNTU or vardhaman colleges offer CSE course in Hyderabad

Congratulations for your marks. JNTU and Vardhaman college in Hyderabad offers CSE branch. You can apply for that colleges. You can also apply for IT, Mechanical, Electrical engineering in the mentioned college as you will get it. It isn't a issue if you are an AP resident because in open category you can get admission. As you have got such good marks, you should apply for more colleges in Hyderabad offering Computer Science Engineering.

all the colleges offer the CSE engineering course to you in the telangan according to the previous year data

to get in to JNTU university college the rank is not enough but you can get the affiliated colleges in the hyderabad which are even more good

the cut off required for the vardhamn college for the CSE you have
