I got 19496 rank in keam2019,i belongs to obc category and i had scored 85% in my plus two.Did i get admission in gov college in kerala

In College of Engineering, Adoor, the state merit was 19524 for Electronics and Communication branch. But this is old closing rank and would not suit for this year admission. Each year there are variations due to candidates, paper level, category, seats.
