I got 20677 in obc category can I get agbsc or veterinary

Considering the previous years Cutoff rank , it seems difficult for you to get a seat in either of the two courses mentioned by you,
According to previous year's Cutoff , the ranks of students were below 18,000 who belong to OBC category, and secured a seat as well , and only BC- E student secured a seat even with 30,000 rank .
sorry to Say but don't loose hope as the Cutoff ranks are subject to change every year and during my counselling even i was disappointed by comparing my rank  and the previous years Cutoff, but I attended the  counselling and got seat in a good college and good course as well .
So I suggest you to attend almost all the rounds of counselling , and also if you are interested you have choices of other courses as well apart from Agriculture and veterinary.
