I got 21000 rank in Wbjee and got ECE in Future institute of Engineering and management....is this worthwhile to get good placement?

See I went to future institute at my time of getting admission,  I can say it's not that good as other colleges of tier 2 but it's a decent college but tour rank is better than this so go for upgradation and spot round admisssions.
