I got 220 marks in jee advanced .can i get iit delhi electrical ...i come under ews general category.

If you get 220 marks, then according to last year's marks vs ranks, your rank would be around 500, which is awesome. So, you could easily get Electrical Engineering in IIT Delhi. Since, you have EWS category, it be an upper hand for you. So, congratulations for such a wonderful performance!
