I got 244 in BITSAT. THE Waitlist Cutoff is 240. Will I get anything if i am in the Waitlist?

You can definitely convert Goa and Hyderabad campus for following courses:
Msc courses in Economics, mathematics, physics and all othe r engineering courses is not possible at this rank.
